Return and Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Thrive with Talia (“we,” “us,” or “our”) via www.thrivewithtalia.com (the “Site”).

By purchasing our coaching services or digital products, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (PDFs, Guides, Journals, Downloads)

Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital downloads:

  • All digital product sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on downloadable products.
  • This includes (but is not limited to) guides, cheat sheets, journals, meal resources, or other educational materials.

Once a digital product has been accessed or delivered electronically, it cannot be returned.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

2. ONLINE COURSES OR PROGRAMS (SELF-PACED)

If you offer structured programs or self-paced courses:

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Payment plans must be completed in full, even if you choose to discontinue participation.

Access to course materials may be revoked if payments are missed or disputed.

3. 1:1 COACHING SERVICES

Payment Policy

  • Coaching fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan prior to service delivery.
  • Payment plans are binding agreements and must be completed in full.

Refunds

Because coaching involves time, preparation, and customized support:

  • We do not offer refunds once coaching has started.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
  • No refunds will be issued for failure to attend scheduled sessions.

Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel future coaching services with written notice. However:

  • Payments already made are non-refundable.
  • Any remaining balance on payment plans must still be completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Approval of any exception does not create an obligation to provide refunds in the future.

6. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By purchasing from Thrive with Talia, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution.

If a chargeback is initiated without communication:

  • Access to all services and products may be revoked.
  • Outstanding balances may be sent to collections if applicable.
